Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of nexuf.io and any work you commission from Nexuf Tech LLC, a company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming with its engineering team in Kotte, Sri Lanka. You can reach us any time at support@nexuf.io or +94 70 277 1088.

What we do

We provide custom software development, web and mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, product consulting and ongoing support. The specifics of each engagement live in its individual contract or statement of work.

Who owns the work

You do. Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the custom deliverables transfers to you. Third party components we use keep their original licenses, and we will tell you what those are.

Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Some projects require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may incur fees and can lead to service suspension until the account is settled.

Reviewing delivered work

You have 14 days after delivery to report issues. If we do not hear from you within that window, the work is considered accepted.

Warranty

Custom projects come with a 30 day bug fix guarantee. It covers defects in what we built, not changes made by others or use outside the agreed scope.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential damages such as lost profits or lost data.

Ending the engagement

Either of us can end an engagement with 30 days written notice. We may end it immediately in cases of non payment or illegal activity. You pay for work completed up to that point and receive the deliverables once that invoice is settled.

Governing law

All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Changes

Updates to these terms take effect when posted on this page.
