Nexuf Tech LLC is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, and our engineering team works from Kotte, Sri Lanka, so your information may be processed in both countries. This policy explains what information we collect when you use nexuf.io or work with us, what we do with it and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name and email address when you contact us or start a project. Messages sent through our contact form are delivered by Formspree, the form provider that processes them on our behalf. We also receive some technical information automatically, such as your IP address and basic usage patterns, which helps us keep the service running well.

Analytics

We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors use this website. This includes pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and replays of how a visit unfolded on screen. It helps us see what works and what does not, and we never use it to identify you personally or to sell anything about you.

We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. Our analytics run in a cookieless mode that stores nothing on your device, which is why you do not see a cookie banner here.
